1. Introduction

Welcome to our cleaning service. By using our website and booking a cleaning, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Availability

Our cleaning services mainly serve Sydney CBD, EasternSuburbs, Inner West, and Lower North Shoreareas.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website. By booking our services, you accept responsibility for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to fulfill your booking.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. For end-of-lease/move-in cleanings, a 72-hour window is provided to express concerns. We will schedule a complimentary re-clean on the next available business day. If issues persist after the re-clean, we will reassess the situation, and you may be eligible for a credit or refund.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations, or cancellations made at the door without prior notice, will incur a full-price cancellation fee.

6. Data Protection

Your personal information is managed securely by Booking Kola. We do not directly collect or store your personal data; all such processes are handled by Booking Kola, ensuring your information is protected in accordance with relevant data protection regulations.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

9. Parking Arrangement

Please provide a parking space for our van during the job or an additional parking fee will be reimbursed from the customer. Our 2-meter height van should be fine with any loading dock, visitor parking, or normal parking lot.

10. Our Return Policy

With years of End-of-Lease Cleaning experience, we are confident that we can achieve a satisfactory clean with just one go. However, we also provide a return guarantee for your peace of mind. Our return service is to rectify any issues identified by your real estate agent with no additional charge.
Please contact us with a list of issues that need re-attending within three days of the completion of our service. For any issues that are not included in our guarantee or are not a part of the original agreement, we are willing to help with our standard charging rates.

11. Not Bond Back Guarantee

Please understand that we cannot guarantee your bond refund, as there are a few other factors involved, such as deduction on damage(s) to the property, outstanding rent, etc. But we do provide a return guarantee, which means we will re-attend the cleaning issues that were pointed out by your property manager.

12. Tile & Grout Cleaning

Even though our cleaners will manually scrub tiled areas as part of a bond clean, we do not specialise in tile and grout cleaning. Thus, professional Tile and Grout Cleaning may be warranted depending on the condition of your tiles and grout, which is a separate service from our bond cleaning.

13. Any Stains/Burned/Smoke Damage

Cleaning of permanent stains/burned marks/smoke damage is not covered as part of our rectification guarantee. It is generally acceptable that staining will remain, even with an intensive cleaning.

14. Initial Inspection Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, our cleaner will assess the place (with you, if you are present) to review the service against the quote provided. Should any additional time/service be required, we will inform you before our team starts with the job. Please expect a call/text from us during the first hour of the job if you are not present during the inspection.

15. Carpet Steam Cleaning

We provide basic carpet steam cleaning with detergent, deodoriser, and hot water, which should be able to remove most of the water-based stains and some light-greased stains. There will be no guarantee or return on carpet steam cleaning service.
* Please note that we do not perform advanced carpet stain removal, such as:
  - rusty residue (yellow-ish stains from calcium/minerals residue),
  - wine or blood stains,
  - heavily soiled or greased stains, etc.
** Carpet with pet fur will be charged as an additional for removing the fur, based on the area size and conditions.

16. Light fixtures

We will take out the light covers and clean the internal & remove deceased insects if we deem them safe and will not cause any damage to the fixture.
* We do not clean Chandelier, or any similar kind of light fixtures due to Liability reasons.
